VitaStay charges a service fee of 8% of the total booking amount (10% for Hotel & Extended Stay Partners) to families using the platform. This fee is included at the time of booking and is non-refundable except as required by applicable law. By using the platform, users agree to these fees.
2. Use of the Platform
VitaStay is a housing coordination platform designed to connect families seeking temporary accommodations near medical facilities with homeowners willing to provide such housing. The platform is intended for lawful, personal, and commercial use.
3. Bookings & Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and homeowner approval. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Funds are held in escrow and released to the homeowner upon verified check-in. Cancellation policies vary by listing and will be presented at the time of booking.
4. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for providing accurate information when creating an account or submitting an application. VitaStay reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.
5. Limitation of Liability
VitaStay acts as an intermediary between families and homeowners. We are not responsible for the condition of properties, the accuracy of homeowner listings, or any disputes between guests and hosts. Our total liability shall not exceed the service fee paid for the relevant booking.
6. Changes to Terms
VitaStay reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Payment information is processed securely by Stripe. VitaStay does not store credit card numbers or sensitive payment details on our servers.

We may share your information with homeowners as necessary to fulfill a booking, with payment processors to handle transactions, and with law enforcement if required by law.
5. Data Retention
