VITASTAY NETWORK — PARTNERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS MISSION VitaStay Network exists to remove the burden of finding safe, affordable housing near medical facilities — so families can focus entirely on healing, not logistics. We partner with organizations that share this commitment to human dignity and compassionate care. VISION We envision a world where no family has to choose between being near their loved one during treatment and having a safe, comfortable place to rest. Every partnership we form brings that vision closer to reality. PARTNER COMMITMENTS By partnering with VitaStay Network, you agree to: • Maintain accurate, up-to-date information about your property or services. • Uphold the dignity and privacy of all guests, patients, and families. • Respond to guest inquiries or booking requests within 24 hours. • Ensure your property or services meet basic safety and cleanliness standards. • Act in good faith and in the best interests of the families we serve. PLATFORM FEE (PROPERTY PARTNERS) Property partners who list accommodations through the VitaStay Network platform agree to an 8% platform fee (10% for hotel/extended stay partners) on all completed bookings. This fee supports our operations, outreach, and the mission of keeping housing accessible for families in need. The remaining 92% of the booking revenue is disbursed directly to the property owner via Stripe Connect. There are no upfront listing fees. PRIVACY POLICY VitaStay Network takes privacy seriously. Partner information is used solely for coordination, communication, and improving our services. We do not sell or share your personal or organizational information with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law. Guest and patient data is handled with strict confidentiality in accordance with applicable regulations. TERMINATION POLICY Either party may terminate this partnership agreement with 30 days written notice. VitaStay Network reserves the right to immediately terminate any partnership that violates our community standards, misrepresents services, or compromises the safety or wellbeing of our guests. Upon termination, any outstanding bookings will be honored through their completion date.
